Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!

Easter is such a lovely time of the year here in Tasmania! The weather is cooling but we are still having beautiful autumn days! Its time again to get into the garden and out exploring the mountains and the beautiful turning leaves of the nothofagus gunnii.

I reflect on how grateful I am to have a healthy family, a small business that is ticking over beautifully and a community that you are part of and has been the whole reason I get to follow my dreams! Without you and my supportive family and friends, I wouldn't have been able to keep going. Thank you!

The next three months will be exciting seeing all the beautiful greyhounds zooming around in the Hound-tees x Bosa Art Co designs, including Bernis above, who looks like he could be Lucy's brother!

I also have a few super cute designs being released with Little Lisa Loo this quarter! I can't wait!

AND at the end of July I will be ticking off one of my big goals this year and attending Life Instyle in Melbourne! This is a big trade show that will hopefully find me some more beautiful retail partners across the country! At the moment I have 60 amazing retail partners and by the end of the year, I am hoping to hit 100! If I hit this target, I'll have to celebrate somehow, you may need to send me some ideas as to how!

You may have noticed every Sunday I post "Sundays Off". This is just as much of a reminder for me as it is for you! I was finding myself never taking a full day off to reset, switch off and be with the family. I was starting to feel burnt out and not enjoying my work as much. So Sundays have become my non-negotiable day off and I look forward to the gardening, cooking and vegging out on the couch!

I hope you had a great Easter weekend and you are laying on the couch today in a chocolate coma!

Lobster or Crayfish?

25th March 2025 The ones that make me smile on the inside! Zebra Finch Birthday I have always been drawn to whimsical illustrations. Realism has never reached me on a creative level. Illustrations of nature, gardens, animals and food have always grabbed my attention. Even landscaped need to be on the illustrative lean more than a realism style for me to be attracted to it. I have always loved a beautifully illustrated children's book. And any magazine that is full of colourful designs, I can...
